In February '07, the Victoria Racing Club decided to re-build their racecourse and Turf Renovation Australia was commissioned for the turf laying component. Undertaking the huge task of re-turfing Flemington Racecourse, we were able to lay approximately 1 Hectare (10,000m sq) of Kikuyu turf sod per day using a team of 25 workers, three tractor & trailers, and a 4 ton JCB Load-All. The project was a great success  and we were able to lay the turf exactly to Racecourse Manager Terry Watson’s specifications.
